Finding Myself OMG: A Bullshit Quest

Well, where do I start? I'm struggling, I suppose, to find out who I am outside of who my parents want me to be, who my friends want me to be, or who my own perfectionist tendencies (totally personified) want me to be. I don't know if this blog will really document my progress in, ahem, coming of age, or if it will just basically be a place for me to vent and blab about nothing. We shall see.

Wacky local news!

If you can't read the scanned version (I tried to enlarge it), you can read the article online at This is from yesterday's paper, and I was totally gonna post it last night, but then I didn't have the time. Anyway, fascinating local news.

I don't know what amuses me more: a) that these driveby slingshot attacks went on for seven fucking years, b) that they never suspected the brother, c) that is was the guys brother, or d) that driveby slingshot attacks made both the paper and the local news.

Also? My family has had bad experiences with Gault Motors, so when my mom read this, she was all like, "Ha! Serves those sleazebags right!"

Who doesn't <3 Binghamton? Okay, a lot of people! But we laugh at them and their ignorance. Of course, this story actually took place in Endicott, but I'm sure that we'll assimilate the entire freaking town of Union into Binghamton eventually. Mwahahahaha! Greater Binghamton forever!!!
